EXAM PROCTORING SERVICES
Available at select branches of LOPL
Live Oak Public Library offers exam proctoring services for a fee at select locations. Please contact the participating library location to schedule an appointment.
LivE OAK PUBLIC LIBRARY WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO:
- Correspond with and receive test materials (email, fax, and mail)
- Distribute test materials
- Provide a place to take the exam
- Return pre-stamped, postage paid, and addressed envelopes as directed by examining institution
- Sign appropriate paper work
- Verify test taker’s identification
Live Oak Public Library will not be responsible to:
- Contact test takers to schedule test or make test arrangements
- Cover printing, faxing, and/or postage fees associated with the test
- Ensure or locate exams lost by email, fax, or mail
- Provide answers to test questions
- Provide proctor’s personal information
- Provide supplies needed for test
- Provide constant one-on-one monitoring
- Reschedule missed exam times
- Resolve technical Issues

Proctoring Services are $25.00 per exam (non-refundable) and may be paid with cash, credit card, or check (made payable to Live Oak Public Library).
